1. In foresight of Marcel Dettmann’s debut full-length album, Ostgut Ton presents a remix package of four original tracks, courtesy of Norman Nodge and Wincent Kunth. During the creative process of recording his forthcoming longplayer, Dettmann’s close friends Nodge and Kunth began re-working elements of tracks taken from deep in the acclaimed.

Review: After having launched Ostgut Ton's vinyl division with the superb 'Dawning/Dead Man Watches The Clock' (O-Ton01) and their own labels MDR and Klockworks, Marcel Dettmann, who in the meantime also did remixes for Rekids and Bpitch Control and contributed a track to Sven Väth's 'Cocoon Compilation G', and Ben Klock join forces again.

Nodge tackles 'Unrest' and 'Shift' with typical reserve and tact, giving a cold party groove on 'Shift' with ghostly crowd sounds fading into dusty dry surface textures while stoic kickdrums pound away and shredded hi-hats firmly insist that you don't stray from the groove.
